Update branded mobile app listings

You can update your App Store or Google Play application pages with more languages, custom screenshots, and more.

App Store Connect

To update your application follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to App Store Connect as account owner.
  2. Open My Apps and select your app.
  3. Update your app information:
    1. App name and subtitle on the App Information page under "General" section of the left navigation pane.
    2. Application screenshots by selecting the latest app version under "iOS App" section. Screenshot rules and specifications
    3. Privacy Policy on the App Privacy page below "General" section.
  4. Always press "Save" top right.

Note. To make certain changes, a new app version is required. If you see such prompt, ask support@andcards.com to create a new app version for you to be able to make changes. Your changes will go live once a new application version is released according to the normal release cycle.

Note. All changes you make must comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. Apple may reject your app due to non-compliance.

Google Play Console

To update your application, first request access to support@andcards.com (include a Google Account you'd like to use). Then follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to Google Play Console using the Google Account that was granted access to your app.
  2. Select your app in All apps.
  3. Go to Main store listing under "Grow" section of the left navigation pane.
  4. Make your changes:
    1. App name
    2. Short description
    3. Long description
    4. Application icon. Google Play icon design specifications
    5. Feature graphic according to the specification mentioned on the page.
    6. Phone screenshots according to the specification mentioned on the page.
  5. Press "Save" on the bottom right. Your app store listing should update within a few minutes.
