Understand pricing and subscriptions

andcards offers several plans for your coworking space business:

  • Standard costs 159 € (US$179) per month and includes 100 active users and unlimited locations. Additional packages:
    • 50 additional active users for 50 € (US$55). Added automatically based on usage in a given month.
    • Branded mobile app for 100 € (US$110) per month.
  • Enterprise features and costs are determined individually for your coworking space business. It starts at 1,000 active users per month.

Annual payment gives 16.67% discount on all pricing. Poland VAT 23%, EU VAT is reverse, no VAT outside EU.

Who is an active user?

Active user is anyone who is actively using your application:

  • Users that activate membership.
  • Users who make a room or a desk booking, or have an active room or a desk booking.
  • Users who apply for benefits, get services, join events, or interact with Stream.
  • Users who have an active plan or belong to a company with an active plan.
  • Users who check in or check out at the visitor display.
  • Users who connect to Wi-Fi through the captive portal.
  • Users who unlock doors through the Access module.
  • Users who create rooms, desks, Stream posts, benefits, services, events, visits, support tickets, and other content.

User that download your app and don't interact with it (i.e. only view contents) aren't considered active and don't count towards your subscription.

How is my subscription fee calculated?

Your subscription fee has two parts: prepaid and postpaid. 

  • Prepaid fee is your Standard or Enterprise base price, plus branded mobile app. It's billed on the first day of your service period.
  • Postpaid fee is a total of additional active user packages. It's calculated as a maximum number of active users during the month. It's automatically added to your next month's payment.

What are the subscription terms?

  • The minimum subscription term is 6 months. If you subscribe for a year of service, then prepaid fees are on a year-to-year basis, with postpaid fees billed monthly.
  • Your subscription payment will be processed automatically and charged to the default payment method on file. We accept popular bank cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other payment methods available in your country (Apple Pay, Google Pay). You will get notifications of upcoming payments and receipts upon successful charges.
  • We offer a contract if it's required by your country's foreign economic activity legislation.
  • We offer a Data Processing Agreement for businesses that require it by law.

How to make changes to my subscription?

If you'd like to update your address or payment method, go to Product Settings > Subscription. With any other questions please reach out to our support team from within your app.
