Create a ticket

To create an event follow the steps:

  1. Go to Support. If you don't see such page, get started with Support.
  2. Members tap Create ticket top right. Administrators press "More" button top right and select Create ticket.
  3. Fill in ticket details:
    1. Type—ticket type.
    2. Description—any useful details to describe the ticket.
  4. Press Submit.

Tickets are visible to all administrators and a requester.
