How to customize an email sender address

By default, all transactional emails are sent from accountservices@andcards.com with andcards company name and postal address. You can customize this sender email address by setting your own MAIL FROM email address. This helps your customers better recognize your business and improves the deliverability of emails in certain scenarios.

Once the sender email address is changed, all transactional emails will come from your custom email address, including welcome emails, event joining confirmations, service purchase notifications, bills, and others.

How to Customize Sender Email

To customize the sender email address follow these steps: 

Step 1. Send the following information to our support team: 

  1. The email address that will be used as a MAIL FROM. Make sure you have access to this inbox, as we will need to verify it in Step 2.
  2. Your company name for email footer, for example, "Cowork Inc."
  3. Your postal address for the email footer. Please include street, city, postal (ZIP) code, country.

Step 2. Pass an email verification process. You'll receive an email with a verification request from Amazon Web Services. Follow a link in the email to verify your ownership.

Step 3. Receive a file with DNS records from us and the next step for you will be to create the necessary DNS records in your domain.

Step 4. Notify us once all the DNS records are set and if it was successful, we will enable your custom email sending address.

Notes

The custom MAIL FROM is available as a part of the branded mobile apps add-on. If you are on a Standard plan without the branded mobile apps add-on, this customization is not available.
