Adding a privacy policy to your app helps provide transparency about how you treat user personal data. Whether or not your business is physically located in the EU, the GDPR requires you to have a privacy policy if you process data of EU citizen.

What to include into a privacy policy

The privacy policy must comprehensively disclose how you collect, use and share user data, including the types of parties with whom it’s shared. andcards will collect personal information of tenants you invite and is therefore a data processor. We advise you to disclose andcards as your data processor with the following information:

Company name: andcards Sp. z o.o.
Purpose: provision of coworking software services.
andcards Privacy Policy:

For example, company members and administrators can use personally identifiable information (full name, email) to invite users to your app. Such information may be discoverable by other app users. Therefore, your privacy policy must require all app users to have obtained any personally identifiable information legally and have necessary permissions to share the it in your app.

You can use a service like Avodocs to create your own privacy policy and should consult your own legal representative to advise you of what is required. If you have signed andcards' Data Protection Agreement, you can reference the document in your privacy policy.

Add a privacy policy to your app

Go to your app.
Open Product Settings > General > Privacy Policy.
Paste the text of your privacy policy. If you cannot past the text here, contact your product administrator.
Save your changes.

Where privacy policy appears

Your privacy policy will appear in the following places:

The Privacy Policy page during the new user onboarding. Users must accept your privacy policy and we save the date of consent.
The Account page of your app.
Your Google Play Store app listing.
Your Apple App Store app listing.
