To create a ticket follow the steps:

Go to Support. If you don't see such page, get started with Support.
Members tap Create ticket top right. Administrators press More button top right and tap "Create ticket."
Fill in ticket details:
Type—ticket type.
Description—any useful details to describe the ticket.
Media—once the ticket is created, the member can attach a photo or video to the next comment one by one in this ticket.
Press Submit.

Tickets are visible to all administrators and a requester.
