We've created this 'Get Started' guide to help you set up your location, and then build on the basics. There are lots of ways to save time and provide excellent service to members in andcards.

To begin, familiarize yourself with several key concepts:

Product — the entire app that can multiple locations. Changes apply immediately to all locations and branded mobile apps. Only product administrator can change product settings.

Location — a part of the product representing a specific location (site, branch), where members belong. Location settings apply to a specific location only. Only location administrator can change location settings.

To learn more about specific admin permissions, compare administrator roles.

Your business's brand materials (square logo, colors).
Access to your domain name's control panel to set up a custom subdomain.
Your privacy policy and terms of use text.

Your Intercom, Twilio integration details.

Start by opening your web application. If you forgot the web app URL, log in to andcards here.

Then go to Product Settings and customize the product's look, set up custom subdomain, top level integrations, and paste the text of your policies.

To find Product Settings on the web: go to the main page > locate Product Settings on the left side panel.
To find Product Settings on the mobile: go to the main page > (...) menu top left > Product Settings.

To test what your web app looks like, invite yourself as a member using an alternative email address, and use an incognito mode or a different browser to log in.
