Your app allows you to grant access to Kisi based on the membership plan and revoke it when the plan is finished. Here are the most common types of errors you can face in the app and ways how to solve them. 

The record already exists

For some members and companies, you can view a red triangle next to their plan with "The record already exists" error stated. It happens if you grant access manually through the Kisi dashboard and assign a Kisi group with a membership plan after this. Since andcards does not override access that's already been given, this error arises and doesn't allow us to sync your member's data into Kisi correctly. 

Unless you fix this error, we cannot revoke your members' access to Kisi and your members can still open locks in the Kisi app even when the membership plan is finished or they have been deleted. 

To solve this, do the following: 

Go to your Kisi dashboard > remove the member from that Kisi group to which they have been added manually before.
Open your app > go to Community > open this member's/company's plan assigned > double-check the correctness of the Kisi group assigned > "Save".

Resaving the plan will renew a plan setting and reassign a member back to the necessary Kisi group. It will sync the access with a membership plan only. 

No Locks

For some members and companies upon assigning a membership plan with the Kisi group, the Access page can be available but doesn't have any locks to open. It happens if you haven't added any locks to your Kisi group. 

To solve this, do the following: 

Open Kisi dashboard > add your locks to this Kisi group and save the changes.
Open your app > go to Community > open this member's/company's plan assigned > double-check the correctness of the Kisi group assigned > "Save".
