Your app supports various video and image formats.
Icon (Web App)
Your product administrator can upload your web app logo on Product Settings > General page.
Your web app icon will scale to appear on the login page, all web app pages on desktop, browser tab favicon, web app shortcut icon on mobile and desktop devices, and web push notifications.
Since favicon is tiny (16 × 16 px), we recommend against using text or small detail on your app icon.
Border radius of up to 100% will apply to some instances, so make sure to design your icon in such a way that no important detail is cropped.
Icon (Mobile App)
During your mobile app development, we generate iOS and Android iconsets based on your vector icon.
We recommend you to use the same icon for web and mobile apps and consider Apple's App Icon Design and Google Play Icon Design specifications.
Cover Photo (Rooms, Desks, Events, Benefits, Shop Product)
Cover photos appear uncropped on buttons and details pages. Only one cover photo per item is supported.
Cover Photo & Video (Location Information)
Media is uploaded uncropped and can be viewed in full size by tapping. The preview container is 1600 × 800 px. Multiple photos and videos can be uploaded on the Information page.
Media Attachments (Stream, Support, Guides)
Stream posts, guides, and support tickets support unlimited number of media attachments.
Media attachments may be cropped to fit the screen on Stream. Tapping on the attachment opens an uncropped full screen view.
The maximum size of media attachment is 50 MB.
