A membership plan, or simply "plan," can be assigned to an individual member or a company and allows do the following:

Keep a track of membership type, start and end dates.
Give credits automatically.
Automate billing.
Permit members to include usage-based expenses into an upcoming bill.
Automate add-ons (recurring bill items)
Grant and remove Kisi door access.
Convert the main currency into the alternative one on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

How to create a plan?

Follow these steps to create a plan:

Go to Community > (...) menu > Plans.
Create your plans:
Plan name — type any text for your reference. The plan name will appear on Community overview, company bill transactions, and company pages.
Period — the interval of plan validity, such as day, week, or month.
Credits — the amount of temporary credits that will be given to a company every period. These credits expire at the end of every period. Credits must be enabled in Settings for this option to show up.
Discount — offer a lower price to book rooms and desks, purchase event tickets and services.
Price — the membership fee for period. Billing must be enabled in Settings for this option to show up.
Kisi Group — grant access to a certain Kisi group for as long as a plan is active.

How to assign a plan?

Follow these steps to assign a plan:

Go to Community > Companies or Members.
Open a profile and locate the "Plan" section. Press Assign.

Configure the plan:
Plan name — type any text for your reference. The plan name will appear on Community overview, company bill transactions, and company pages. If you assign a plan that's been preliminary created, this field is not editable.
Start — starting day when the plan will come into effect.
Period — the interval of plan validity, such as day, week, or month. If you assign a plan that's been preliminary created, this field is not editable.
Repeat — choose whether the plan never repeats, repeats several months, or repeats forever.
Credits — the number of temporary credits that will be given to a company every period. These credits expire at the end of every period. Credits must be enabled in Settings for this option to show up.
Discount — offer a lower price to book rooms and desks, purchase event tickets and services.
Price — the membership fee for the period. Billing must be enabled in Settings for this option to show up. Any price stated is auto-included into bills. If the price is stated as "0", bills with "0" price are still created and can be viewed and received by members and company managers.
Create Add-on — add multiple itemized recurring charges.
Auto-Bill — finalize bills automatically and alert members to pay.
Company Bill or Personal Bill — a bill becomes available as a payment method. See Use billing for details.
Kisi Group — grant access to a certain Kisi group for as long as a plan is active.
Press Assign.

Notes:

Upon assigning a membership plan to a company, choose a company manager. Manage company members and managers
To use alternative currency in bills, before assigning a plan, add the alternative currency for this member or company. Use alternative currency
If the plan is assigned for the future day (with the price stated and "Auto-Bill" turned on), the first bill will be finalized and sent to the member when the plan starts. If you want to send the bill earlier, you can make it ready for payment on the Community > choose a member/a company > Bills page.

How to edit a plan?

Follow these steps to change a plan:

Go to Community > Companies or Members.
Open a profile and locate "Plan" section. Press the plan button. Make your changes. All changes except "Credits" and "Price" take effect immediately. Any changes to "Credits" and "Price" take effect starting the next plan period.

How to deactivate a plan?

Follow these steps to change a plan:

Go to Community > Companies or Members.
Open a profile and locate "Plan" section. Tap the plan button, scroll to bottom and press Deactivate.
When you deactivate a plan, all temporary credits immediately disappear.
