Customer Portal allows you to manage your andcards subscription. For example, change a credit card, update email for bills, or add a VAT number.

How to find Customer Portal

The app owner can access the Customer Portal by selecting Network Settings > Subscription.

Only an owner can access the Customer Portal. To see who the app owner is, go to Network Settings > General.

How to use Customer Portal

Use Customer Portal to:

  • View existing and add new payment methods.

  • Change billing address.

  • Update emails for receiving invoices and notifications.

  • Update Tax IDs, which will appear in the invoices.

  • View and download open and paid invoices.
