Customer Portal allows you to manage your andcards subscription. For example, change a credit card, update email for bills, or add a VAT number.
How to find Customer Portal
The app owner can access the Customer Portal by selecting Network Settings > Subscription.
Only an owner can access the Customer Portal. To see who the app owner is, go to Network Settings > General.
How to use Customer Portal
Use Customer Portal to:
View existing and add new payment methods.
Change billing address.
Update emails for receiving invoices and notifications.
Update Tax IDs, which will appear in the invoices.
View and download open and paid invoices.
