Customer Portal allows you to manage your subscription for the app. For example, change a credit card, update email for bills, or add a VAT number.
How to find Customer Portal
Log in as an owner and navigate to (...) More > Network Settings > Subscription page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Subscription page and press “Customer Portal".
How to use Customer Portal
Use Customer Portal to:
View existing and add new payment methods.
Change billing address.
Update emails for receiving invoices and notifications.
Update Tax IDs, which will appear in the invoices.
View and download open and paid invoices.
