How Mercado Pago works

Mercado Pago on andcards

The integration adds a new payment method "Mercado Pago" to the "Payment Methods" section around your app. Members selecting the "Mercado Pago" payment method are redirected to the payment page and fill in their Mercado Pago card details or Mercado Pago Wallet details for payments. Only credit and debit cards are supported. Your members can pay for rooms, desks, events, products, credits, and invoices.

Identify app transactions in Mercado Pago

You can easily find the transaction from your app in the Mercado Pago dashboard using the following unique identifiers:

  • ID — coincides with External Reference in the Mercado Pago dashboard. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the "Transactions" custom report.

  • Time — coincides with the date and time of the transaction in the Stripe dashboard.

  • Description — the types of purchases users make in the app, such as room bookings, desk bookings, Shop orders, etc.
