After every successful payment made online on the Rooms, Desks, Events, and Shop pages, all app users can download the receipt. There are two channels where users can find the receipt:
Inbox (from the payment confirmation email)
App (by opening the necessary transaction)
Download the receipt from Inbox
Only users who made the purchase can receive the receipt at their email address.
The user makes a purchase online for a booking, event ticket, or Shop order.
Once the payment is confirmed, the user receives an email confirmation about payment success with a downloadable tax receipt attached.
Download the receipt from the app
As an administrator
Go to Community and select a member/company.
Go to Payments > Transactions.
Open the successful transaction > tap
View Receipt
> download the receipt.
Administrators can download the receipts of users and companies invited to the Community. Invite a user
As a member or non-member
Go to Membership > Payments > Transactions.
Open the successful transaction > tap
View Receipt
> download the receipt.
