Download a receipt

After every successful payment made online on the Rooms, Desks, Events, and Shop pages, all app users can download the receipt. There are two channels where users can find the receipt:

  • Inbox (from the payment confirmation email)

  • App (by opening the necessary transaction)

If the payment was made for the invoice, app users can download the invoice as the statement of this payment following this guide.

Download the receipt from Inbox

Only users who made the purchase can receive the receipt at their email address.

  1. The user makes a purchase online for a booking, event ticket, or Shop order.

  2. Once the payment is confirmed, the user receives an email confirmation about payment success with a downloadable tax receipt attached.

Download the receipt from the app

As an administrator

  1. Go to Community and select a member/company.

  2. Go to Payments > Transactions.

  3. Open the successful transaction > tap View Receipt > download the receipt.

Administrators can download the receipts of users and companies invited to the Community. Invite a user

As a member or non-member

  1. Go to Membership > Payments > Transactions.

  2. Open the successful transaction > tap View Receipt > download the receipt.
