Kisi integration grants temporary real-time access to certain members and companies to necessary locks. Members unlock doors via the Access page right in your app.
How to enable the Kisi integration
To enable Kisi with andcards, have your Kisi and andcards accounts ready. Then follow these steps:
Open your app and go to Locations > Settings > Kisi.
Press
Connect, fill in the details of your Kisi account, and confirm your choice. In the "Email" field, add the email address of the administrator of your Kisi account.Manage the visibility of the Access page
Select the name of the Place where your Kisi locks were added and press "Save."
How to grant access to members
To let your members receive access to Kisi with andcards, do the following:
Go to your Kisi dashboard and create access groups with required locks.
Navigate to Locations > Community > (...) menu > Plans.
Create a membership plan with a desired Kisi group by selecting it from a dropdown at the bottom of the page.
Include a plan into a subscription for a member or a company.
How the Kisi integration works
Your coworking space members sync into your Kisi dashboard automatically and receive access to the access group defined in a plan. The following information is synchronized:
Full Name
Email
Start and end date of the plan
Members receive access to opening the doors together with a subscription. Members go to the Locations > Access > tap the lock and open doors. If you subscribe a company, all company members receive access to doors.
If a subscription is deactivated or expires, Kisi access is automatically revoked.
💡 Members see the locks available on Access page only if they have a subscription.
