This article will help you understand the onboarding process into andcards. We'll guide you every step of the way: from subscribing to the successful launch of your coworking space app.

Step 1. Prepare for the Onboarding Session

Once you sign up, you will meet your andcards happiness manager. The manager will send you a welcome email with access to your web app and a link to schedule the onboarding meeting. What to prepare for the onboarding session:

  • Square logo for the web app icon.

  • 200-300 character description of your workspace.

  • Access your domain's DNS to set up a web app URL.

  • The text of your privacy policy and terms of use.

Outcome: you have administrator's access to your web app and a meeting with your happiness manager scheduled.

Step 2. The Onboarding Meeting

During the one-hour meeting, your andcards happiness manager will help you define implementation goals, establish a timeline, and provide collaborative support in configuring your web application according to your priorities.

Outcome: you're fully equipped to use the web application and have your next check-in call scheduled.

Step 3. Prepare the Web App

You can complete the web app setup with administrative access, personalized implementation guidelines from the onboarding meeting, and our help center. Normally it takes several hours to:

The time requirement largely depends on how many locations and accounts you need to set up with andcards. Setting up one account takes approximately 5 minutes.

Outcome: your web app is ready for use. Your members are invited and started using the web app. Your mobile apps are published with the following mobile release.

Step 4. Launch and promote your apps

Now that your existing members are all set, turn the focus to attracting new members and generating new revenue. Take your time to:
