Configure sign-up for plans
Allow your customer to sign up for plans on the web or mobile.

Sign-up for plans allows people to independently choose their membership plan and pay for it without contacting administrators.

Activate the "Sign Up" property

To start using the feature, you need to enable it first. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Locations > Community > (...) menu in the top right corner > Plans.

  2. Select a plan for which you want to activate the "Sign Up" property or create a new plan.

  3. Click the Edit button in the top right corner and activate the "Sign Up" property.

  4. Click the Save button to save changes.

The plan becomes available for self-sign-up immediately through your mobile and web apps. How users sign up for plans.

Use the Share button on a plan to copy the direct sign-up link and share it on your marketing website and social media. To locate the Share button for each plan, go to Membership > Subscription > open the required plan, and click the Share button in the top right corner.

Change or cancel the subscription

To make any changes to a subscription or cancel it, your members need to contact the location administrator. For example, they can use Support or Chats. Location administrators can edit and cancel subscriptions.
