You can customize taxes for certain invoice items and Shop products. Before managing the custom tax rates, enable the tax option for your location.
Enable custom tax rate for invoice items
If some of your invoice items need a different tax rate, do the following:
1. Go to Community > select a user/a company > Invoices.
2. Tap Create Invoice > press Create Item and fill in the "Tax Rate" field > Create.
3. Send the invoice by pressing Issue or charging it.
Enable custom tax rate for Shop products
If some of your Shop products need a different tax rate, do the following:
1. Add your product to Shop.
2. Upon creating the product option, enable Custom Tax Rate and set the rate.
3. Press Done and save the change for this product.
