IMPORTANT! You must ask Fondy to enable pre-authorization of payments for your merchant account. Learn more (in Ukrainian)

2. Navigate to your app and go to the Locations > Settings page by pressing the "Settings" icon next to the location's name > Fondy > press "Connect".

3. Enter your "Merchant ID" and "Payment Key". You can find them on your Fondy dashboard's Merchant Settings page.

3. Press "Connect".

Configure Fondy

You can activate payments for the following products:

  • Room Bookings

  • Desk Bookings

  • Event Tickets

  • Shop Products

  • Credit Packages

  • Invoices

How Fondy works

  • The integration adds the option "New Payment Method" to the Payment Methods section around your app. Users selecting the "New Payment Method" are redirected to the Fondy payment page and can use the payment methods you enabled for your account.

  • Once users pay by card for the first time, your application saves it to the Membership > Payments page for future quick payments.

  • Users can also add or delete their cards on the Membership > Payments on their own.

When a user adds a card manually, Fondy charges a small amount from this card for verification purposes, but it is refunded within a few days.

Identify app transactions in Fondy

You can easily find the transaction from your app in the Fondy dashboard using the following unique identifiers:

  • ID β€” coincides with Order ID in the Fondy dashboard. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the "Transactions" custom report.

  • Time β€” coincides with the date and time of the transaction in the Fondy dashboard.

  • Description β€” the types of purchases users make in the app, such as room bookings, desk bookings, shop orders, etc.
