Manage access to certain desks inside your app by using the "Visibility" property.
Create a desk booking
To book a desk, go to Locations > Desks, and select a date and amount of seats they want to book.
Upon creating a desk booking, users need to do the following
Adjust the number of seats if necessary.
Select the payment method with which they want to pay.
View information about a desk
Bookers can view the desk description and properties on the Desks page > press ⓘ button top right on the required desk.
View booking history
Bookers view desk bookings on the Account > Desk Bookings page and can manage them from this page.
Bookers view bookings on the widget and receive push notifications about upcoming desk bookings.
Administrators view users' desk bookings on Community > “Users” > Desk Bookings page. For detailed desk booking reports, administrators use Analytics. Create custom reports. Also, administrators can view all desk bookings on the required day on the Desks page > press the list button top right.
Edit a desk booking
Users open a desk booking and press
Edit top right.
Bookers can edit the date and time of the booking (if a booking has yet to start).
Cancel a desk booking
Open a desk booking and tap
Cancel at the bottom. Bookers can cancel a booking only before it starts. Administrators can cancel bookings at any time.
If a booking is paid, the refund is processed depending on the payment method, as the app prompts suggest. Refund a transaction
