Once you have decided to migrate from Nexudus to an easier-to-use and reliable coworking space platform, you can follow this simple guide on smoothly migrating to andcards.
Prerequisites
Have the subscription with andcards active. Schedule a quick demo to sign up for andcards.
Have access to the Nexudus dashboard to download all data on your users, such as names, emails, and plans.
Step 1. Export data from Nexudus
To seamlessly transfer all data to andcards, export your customers' list, plans, and other coworking space services.
To export this data from Nexudus, do the following:
Log in as a full unrestricted admin to export data from Nexudus.
Export your customers: log in to the Admin Panel and click Operations > Members and contacts > tick the checkbox next to any listed records > click Export xx records in the Bulk actions menu.
Export your plans: navigate to Inventory > Plans > tick the checkbox next to any listed records > click Export xx records in the Bulk actions menu. '
Export other data: on the Admin Panel, choose the list you want to get and export.
Step 2. Cancel an invoicing cycle with Nexudus
To make sure that your customers are invoiced through andcards in the next month and are not double-charged through Nexudus, we recommend you proceed in the following way:
One-two weeks before the future date of invoicing your customers, cancel invoicing cycle in Nexudus.
Notify your customers that the next invoice cycle will be done through the new system.
Step 3. Set up your andcards app
With andcards' intuitive interface, you can easily tailor your workspace to your requirements.
To continue, follow our simple "Get Started" guide (1-3 hours to add all data). Once you are ready, mass invite your members (up to 1 hour to upload everyone).
While migrating to another app, updating the custom domain records might be challenging. To set up a record in DNS, make sure to remove the previous record created for Nexudus, first, and then add a new one for andcards.

Step 4. Sync bookings
To make sure that your members and nonmembers book through a single app, do the following:
Transfer all future room bookings from Nexudus to andcards. If all your room bookings were synced to Google Calendar with Nexudus earlier, enable two-way sync with a Google Calendar integration in andcards, and all room bookings will instantly appear in your app.
Replace links to Nexudus with links to andcards on your marketing site. Integrate with a marketing site
Step 5. Accept first bookings & payments through andcards
From members' perspective
With everything set up, your members invited, and users' subscriptions created, your customers can explore the app:
Users with active subscriptions can book with expiring credits and use their plan's benefits.
Members and nonmembers can book by paying online via the connected payment gateway at any time.
Members receive their first invoices for the created subscriptions and make the first payment manually with their desired payment method.
While transferring members from Nexudus to andcards, it's impossible to transfer users' default payment methods from the previous system to the new one. To set up automatic invoice payments, your members must manually make only the first payment for the invoice in the new app; therefore, they'll be set on auto-pay. After paying the first invoice online, all further payments will be fully automated by default.
From administrators' perspective
Administrators enjoy independent members' bookings, automated invoicing, and subscriptions.
