  • Create a ticket
    To create a ticket follow the steps: Go to Support. If you don't see such page, get started with Support. Members tap Create ticket top right. Administrators press More button top right and tap "Create ticket." Fill in ticket details: Type—ticket type. Description—any useful details to describe the ticket.     When a ticket is created, it appears on Support page. If support managers are selected, they receive a push notification.
