Use Zapier to send booking confirmation emails

Zapier integration allows you to email room or desk booking confirmations.

Send confirmations of room bookings

  • Add your rooms to the Locations > Rooms page.

  • Create a test room booking in the app so that Zapier can run a trigger successfully.

  • Log in to Zapier and press "Create Zap."

  • On the "Trigger" step, select Spacebring among other apps > Event "New Room Booking."

  • Log in to your Spacebring account (with email as administrator) > select location. Skip the "Room" field if you'd like to send confirmation for all rooms.

  • Select “True” in “Include only Confirmed Bookings.”

  • Continue and test your trigger.

  • On the "Action" step, select the app for sending confirmations (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Email by Zapier, etc.)

  • Fill in all required fields, turn on, and publish your Zap.

Every time a room is booked in your app, the confirmation will be emailed to the specified address.

Send confirmations of desk bookings

  • Add your desks and day passes to the Locations > Desks page.

  • Create a test desk booking in the app so that Zapier can run a trigger successfully.

  • Log in to Zapier and press "Create Zap."

  • On the "Trigger" step, select Spacebring among other apps > Event "New Desk Booking."

  • Log in to your Spacebring account (with email as administrator) > select the location and your desk.

  • Select “True” in “Include only Confirmed Bookings.”

  • Continue and test your trigger.

  • On the "Action" step, select the app for sending confirmations (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, etc.)

  • Fill in all required fields, turn on, and publish your Zap.

Every time a desk is booked in your app, the confirmation will be emailed to the specified address.

Your Zapier automation's update time differs by Zapier plan. Please, check with Zapier how frequently your data will be updated.
