Location guides in your app serve as your help center that consolidates any helpful information on how your members can better use the app and feel more comfortable in your space.
How to create a guide
To create a guide, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Information page by pressing the "Information" icon next to the location's name > locate the "Guides" section.
Press
Create> add the guideline title and description and use rich text formatting.To add photos and videos to your guide description, press on the place in the text where you want the image or video to be inserted > paste the copied image or press
Galleryicon in the lower left corner to pick a photo or video from your device. Understand media formatsIn the "Visibility" section, select the guide's visibility. Understand and use visibility settings
Tap on
Create.
The visibility of your guides also influences the visibility of the Information page. Therefore, if the visibility of any of your guides is "Public," the Information page becomes visible public, too.

How to edit a guide
Navigate to the Information page by pressing the "Information" icon next to the location's name > press on the guide you want to edit.
Press on the
(...)menu button top right > "Edit".Save.
How to delete a guide
Navigate to the Information page by pressing the "Information" icon next to the location's name > press on the guide you want to delete.
Tap
Deleteand confirm your action.
