How to create guides

To create guidelines for your members, do the following:

  1. Go to Information > locate the "Guides" section.

  2. Press Create, add the title, the description of your guidelines, and use rich text formatting.

  3. To upload photos and videos to your guide description, press on the place in the text where you want the image or video to be inserted > press Gallery in the lower left corner > pick a photo or video from your device > Create.

  4. In the "Visibility" section, select the guide's visibility. Understand and use visibility settings

  5. Tap on Create.

πŸ’‘ The visibility of your guides also influences the visibility of the Information page. Therefore, if the visibility of any of your guides is "Public," the Information page becomes visible public too.

How to edit guides

  1. Go to Information > press on the guide you want to edit.

  2. Tap Edit and make your changes.

  3. Save.

πŸ’‘ "Guides" is your help desk that can consolidate any information you want to share with your customers. We recommend adding guides on how your members can better use the app and feel more comfortable in your space. For example, "How to become a member," "How to contact us," "House Rules," etc.
