QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based accounting software platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. You can sync invoices to QuickBooks Online automatically for seamless accounting of your revenue.
Enable the QuickBooks Online integration
To connect QuickBooks Online, do the following:
Go to Locations > Settings > QuickBooks Online and press
Connect.Log in to your Intuit account and connect the company where to sync invoices.
Select the same QuickBooks Online organization from the "Organization" dropdown.
You must have an active QuickBooks Online account to integrate it with andcards.
Configure the QuickBooks Online integration
The integration automatically and in real-time creates open invoices on QuickBooks Online for one-off and auto-invoices as soon as they are issued in the app.
One-off transactions such as room bookings, desk bookings, event tickets, credit packages, and shop products, are not synched to QuickBooks Online.

The QuickBooks Online invoices are saved as open for your review.
Once the integration is connected, newly-issued invoices will sync to QuickBooks Online. Past invoices are not synched to QuickBooks Online.
